Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our software services strictly for intended educational, commercial, or organizational purposes.

Schools, organizations, teachers, students, and users retain ownership of the data, assignments, photographs, and records they upload to our platforms ("User Content").

By submitting content through our Services, you grant us the limited right to host, process, display, and transmit such content solely to provide, support, and improve the contracted services as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
